When he opened his restaurant,
Christian Duplessis decided to make it look like a cargo incredibly hooked on the cliff of Bidart, and he also bought his own fishing boat ! If you want something done, you are best to do it yourself ! Hake, local anchovies,
red tuna caught with rod : all the seafood is Basque, and perfectly served. This new place is already a must !
