Be sure that you will not end up here just by chance, as the road leading to Ossès has many turns, but this good cooking is worth it, and will make you glad you made this long way. The ingredients,
locally producted, are quite simple : mackerel, pork,
gizzards… But the touch of the chef is exceptional ! And the menu is renewed every six weeks :
