Tradition is a good thing, especially
when it is updated. The
restaurant of the Ibarboure family
use to be held by brothers. Now,
they work between father and son.
In the same way, the venerable
House dating from 1765 has taken
a contemporary appearance,
thanks to the selection of the
colours : various shades of taupe
and chocolate combined to red. A
famous dining table and inn, to be
rediscovered.
