This Brasserie is part of the Biarritz
Casino, but is open to everybody.
It is quite chic, yet this luxurious
appearance doesn’t make it an
elitist place. Most customers are
regulars but the brasserie keeps
attracting newcomers. Its high
quality traditional Cuisine can be
savoured for a rather reasonable
price. Seafood has a good part in
the menu, oysters especially.
