It took two years of work to renovate and transform this 19th century farm, but the result was worth it ! In this warm and
authentic setting, made of ancient beams and old stonework, Jacques serves a traditional local cuisine, grilled on charcoal right in front of you. The menu includes Bellota ham, piquillos with cod or txulete,
prepared and served the very Basque way.
