Since the owners, Nicolas and
Virginie, opened this restaurant
by the river Nive ten years ago,
they have been elaborating a
place where both customers and
products are well looked-after.
In the kitchen , Nicolas likes to
improvise, like adding a drop
of tangerine oil on a course at the last minute...
